Schill Insurance Brokers Ltd. has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Daryl Page Insurance Agencies Ltd., an independent insurance agency located in the Surrey Auto Mall.  The deal closed on June 1, 2011 and Schill Insurance will take over operation of the brokerage on Tuesday June 7, 2011.

Opening in 1974, Daryl Page Insurance Agencies Ltd. was originally located in New Westminster.  In 1987, they moved their operations and have been successfully providing mobile and walk-in Autoplan services to the Surrey Auto Mall and surrounding area.
