In 1972, founder Dave Schill opened the doors at a small, one-person office. In 1976, Garry Robinson joined as a partner.

Schill Robinson acquired Sussex White Rock.

Schill Robinson acquired Georgia Insurance Port Moody.

Alan, Matt, and Jarett Schill became sole shareholders of Schill.

Austin Station opened its doors.

Our brokerage came full circle and began operating as Schill Insurance again.

Schill Insurance grew to six locations with the acquisition of Daryl Page Insurance.

Schill Insurance opened its Ocean Park office.

As the team grew, so did the need for a larger office to house our commercial and administration team. Schill Insurance opened its first non-retail location in Guildford.

Schill Insurance acquired MacDermott’s Insurance in downtown Port Alberni.

Schill Insurance acquired McBurney’s Insurance in Richmond.

Schill Insurance opened its second non-retail office in Guildford. Schill acquired Hayward Insurance, a non-retail office, and Ward Watkins Insurance, with locations in Maple Ridge and Cloverdale.
