Have your hours of operation changed?

How can I make a payment?

To pay you home or business insurance, please visit our payment page or give us a call.

How can I renew or purchase home or business insurance?

We are happy to help. For quotes, purchases, changes, or any questions concerning your home or business insurance, please call us or fill out our contact form.

How can I obtain or change my auto insurance?

ICBC has made arrangements for most transactions to be done using email/telephone at this time. Just complete our auto insurance form and one of our agents will be in touch as soon as possible.


If I renew my auto insurance by phone/email, how will I receive the decal for my license plate?

Once your transaction has been completed, you will receive an email with a copy of the decal and insurance documents. The hard copy of your insurance and the actual decal will then be sent to you by mail. Please keep a copy of your email in your car until your decal arrives.

If I am facing financial difficulty due to COVID-19, can I defer my ICBC monthly payment?

Yes, ICBC has made some provision for those facing financial challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You may be able to defer your payments for up to 90 days without penalty. You can apply for the ICBC payment deferral on their website.

If I complete the online auto insurance form, will my insurance automatically renew?

No, submitting a contact or renewal request via our website or email will not automatically renew your insurance. One of our brokers will respond to your request and complete the renewal with you.
